Jordan
supports
Azerbaijan`s stance
on
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict and this will
remain unchanged.
Baku, February 2 (AzerTAc).
Azerbaijan`s
ambassador to Jordan Elman Arasli has met the
country`s Senate President Taher Masri.The
discussions focused on how to develop
interparliamentary cooperation between
the two countries,
establish
interparliamentary
friendship group.
Masri recalled his
visit to Baku he made in 2008 to attend a
ceremony to mark the 90th anniversary of
Azerbaijan`s parliament. He said as part of the
visit he was received by President Ilham Aliyev
and met Milli Majlis Speaker Ogtay Asadov. On
the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Masri said his
country supports Azerbaijan`s stance and this
will remain unchanged.
They also exchanged views on the ongoing
developments in Tunis and Egypt, the current
political and public situation in Jordan. |
